Potato chip research post #3

Question #3 How did I find that New England Journal of Medicine study?  An internet search of the magazine locates the Journal.  In the potato chip study, it’s http://www.nejm.org (which stands for New England Journal of Medicine) website.  Once you find the website, you start reading and you may have to search on that website.  The potato chip research is part of an article entitled, “Changes in Diet and Lifestyle and Long-Term Weight Gain in Women and Men.”  Quite a different title from my local newspaper article entitled, “Potato chips are piling on the pounds, study finds.”  Sometimes it takes some imagination, and trial and error searching to find the article you want to find.  If you would prefer help finding a scientific study, helpful librarians can be found at your local community library, hospital libraries and university libraries.
