Caffeine has healthy benefits

Another article tips the scale toward 'healthy' for most people. They reported a study done in France which followed adults age 16 to 95 for a period of ten years.  Their findings: people who drink coffee and tea have lower blood pressure levels than people who do not drink coffee or tea.  The researchers found that tea drinkers benefitted the most with lower blood pressure, and heart rate.  These researchers speculate that the flavonoids in tea relax the blood vessels and result in a lower blood pressure.  This study can be found at http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2352237/Drinking-4-cups-tea-coffee-day-BETTER-drinking-all.html
