Nutrition for healthy bone

Have you ever considered that what you eat and drink each day gives your body the nutrition it uses to build new and repair wearing-out body parts.  If your diet does not include healthy foods, your body won’t have healthy products (amino acids from proteins, sugars from carbohydrates and fatty acids from fats) to build and repair itself.  If your diet consists of healthy foods , it can build and maintain body parts more easily.  High-calcium foods include low-fat milk and yogurt, cheese, green leafy vegetables such as kale, calcium-fortified juices and foods.
