St Thomas vacation

We just returned from a warm and sunny vacation in St Thomas.  We had visited this island during a cruise ship stop and said, let’s go and stay on St Thomas for a few days.  We did that recently.  The next few days I will share pictures of this warm, sunny place surrounded by the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. 

We ate some different foods while on St Thomas such as a roti (a working man’s sandwich)  We would call a roti ‘a wrap’ The one we tried was chicken and vegetables with a curry seasoning.  Another local favorite is conch fritters (giant hush puppies with conch meat inside.)
